Hello! My name is Kelli J. Copeland and welcome to Hot Peas and Butter Gifts. I started my gift business in 1998 because I wanted to create baskets and gifts that people would love right down to the tissue paper. I chose the name Hot Peas and Butter because it was one of my favorite childhood games growing up in Brooklyn.

In 2001, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. My faith, family, and determination strengthened me to deliver baskets during chemotherapy and radiation. By grace I have been in remission for seven years and still going strong.
